– Grilled petite crab cakes with a citron vodka and lavender tartar sauce with micro celery, matchstick Old Bay fries and lime –
– Fall melons wrapped in Prosciutto de Parma, served over mesquite grilled romaine, topped with shaved Pecorino Romano cheese –
– Frankfurter in a blanket – Knockwurst wrapped in pretzel dough stuffed with sauerkraut, served with a sweet honey bacon & grained mustard sauce –
– Pork loin stuffed with a cranberry walnut cornbread stuffing, served over quarter roasted herb potatoes with a cherry infused demiglace and almond bourbon glazed string beans –
– Cherry and almond tart served warm with french vanilla ice cream –
