On Tuesday, March 27th Steam Pub welcomes the great Bell’s Brewery for a special beer dinner. Enjoy a delicious five course menu of Chef Brendan Gillespie’s finest food offerings, paired with five Bell’s beers. The cost of the event is only $50 (excluding tax and gratuity) and seating is very limited!
Course 1: Two Hearted IPA
Grilled Cajun shrimp and Mahi Mahi fish over orange andouille sausage Basmati rice with chili infused oil and micro greens
Course 2: Oberon Belgium Wheat
Baby arugula and iceberg lettuce with a lemon fresh oregano dressing, spiced walnuts, goat cheese, candied roasted plum tomatoes and caramelized onions
Course 3: Lager of the Lakes Czech Pilsner
Baked boneless breast of Capon stuffed with a chorizo sausage and rye bread stuffing over Cabot sharp cheddar cheese sauce and wilted arugula
Course 4: Le Pianiste Biere de Garde
Grilled homemade sausage, fried cornbread cakes, corn relish, chipotle bbq, and cilantro aioli
Course 5: Expedition Stout
Brûléed caramelized jalapeño no bake white chocolate cheese cake, pink Himalayan cashew and pretzel salted caramel, white chocolate ganache, garnished with candied chorizo sausage
