Velvet Tones is a multifaceted band from the Philadelphia area. Playing everything from dance to rock, covers to originals, Velvet Tones can provide the soundscape to any venue or event. Represented by the Shorebets Agency, you will find Velvet Tones performing acoustic or full band all over the Philadelphia area, Atlantic City and all over New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, the Lehigh Valley in all kinds of clubs, casinos and events.

Velvet Tones was conceived in the Fall of 2013, by front woman Carrie Brzezinski and bass player Erik Lindenmoyer. The two met in the summer of 2012, when Carrie was asked to join Erik’s previous band, The Nameless Few (also a Shorebets act). When the group disbanded the summer of 2013 due to members retiring, Carrie and Erik decided to proceed forward with their love of playing live. Carrie had always had a love of writing and performing original music as well. With Erik at the helm behind the scenes, the two are now writing and recording their own music collectively, with an EP currently in the works.

Both Carrie and Erik have strong rock influences but each bring another side to the table. Erik’s love of reggae and Carrie’s love of dance and singer/songwriting creates a unique sound with a smooth groove. Stay tuned for their EP release!
